Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast at the Old Winterport Commercial House! Whether you need accommodations
for a one night stay or week long vacation we welcome you to stay in our "extended antique shop." What makes our
bed and breakfast unique is if you like the oak antique bed you're sleeping in, or the print on the wall has just the
right colors to match your living room, you can purchase these items ! As an added feature, all of our guests are
entitled to a special 10% discount on any of the items in their room or in the antique shop.
A relaxing full continental breakfast is served every morning in a casual atmosphere in our Breakfast Galley. We
begin usually at 7:00 a.m. and replenish throughout the morning. So feel free to sleep in !
Guests will enjoy gourmet coffee (regular / decaf), tea (regular / herbal), juices, a variety of fresh fruits, hot and
cold cereals, yogurt, and fresh bakery items.
Internet:
New for 2008 we are offering wireless internet. If you choose to utilize this service, a small fee of $5.00 will be
charged for unlimited usage during your stay. Please supply your own laptop as we have yet to have a "community"
computer.
Sorry but we are not able to accommodate children. Besides, they tend to find us very boring.
And while we love pets, we can not accommodate them. Feel free to inquire about area kennels.
In accordance with Maine state law, we are a non-smoking facility.
We are conveniently located only 11 miles from I-95, 10 miles from Bangor, and 16 miles from Bangor International
Airport. Our location allows the convenience of day trips to Searsport, Belfast, Camden, Acadia National Park, Bar
Harbor, Ellsworth, Bangor, Moosehead Lake, and many other popular areas.

your arrival with the exception of Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day weekends. On those holiday weekends, cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to
arrival.

entrance) we currently have four distinct rooms. Of our 4 rooms there is one
room with two full size beds and three rooms have a single full size bed (see
pictures below.) Each have a private full bath, air conditioning for those hot
summer nights (which most of us say is July 3 - 5), and clock radio. In keeping
with our antique atmosphere, there are no t.v.'s. However, forgot your reading
book? Feel free to use our in-house library.
